Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective upon arrival)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • The product issue

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if applicable)

We will assess the concern and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
