Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Fees may vary depending on location and courier service

Occasional free shipping promos may apply during special campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas, subject to courier coverage and confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

ShapeShift is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal:

  • The order may be returned to our warehouse

  • Re-shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS, email, or the platform used to place your order.

Delivery status updates are handled by the courier.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The package

  • The product received

  • The shipping label

We will assess the concern and assist accordingly.
